Title: Grey Rose
 
Usually the rose is the focal point of the beauty. I chose to make it grey and paint beautiful colors around it. There’s beauty in the grey areas and there’s beauty in color. Sometimes even when you can’t see the beauty you can still bring beauty to someone and even when you can’t see the light you can be the light.
 
This is an 8”x10” acrylic on canvas. With a charcoal drawing as the focal point.
